Black Mission Figs - First Crop (July) is a short season lasting about two weeks.  Figs are teardrop in shape with thin black skin and a reddish flesh. Sweeter than honey these larger figs are the cream of the crop.  Second crop is more abundant, but smaller and round in shape (August - mid October).  Blacks are a good shipping fig that ripen with time are available sometimes through November depending on weather conditions.

Canaydria Fig - (August) are a large round fig with yellowish thick skin.  The inside of this fig is reddish in color and has a tangy sweet flavor.  Canaydria are only available for about 10 days.   Fast and furious, these figs come and are gone in no time always leaving us wanting more.

Kadota Fig - (mid August - October) This variety of a fig is loved around the world.  It is a small round fig with a green/yellow skin and a honey sweet center. Kadotas are available at the end of the fig season, but are worth the wait.  The Kadota fig is truly natures candy.
